Role description

Security Supervisor Officer

Zambia — multiple operating locations

Supervise security officers across assigned posts, conduct site inspections, support attendance and shift handovers, review incident reports, communicate with client representatives and escalate operational concerns. The supervisor should demonstrate leadership, clear written communication, sound judgement and the ability to maintain standards across changing site conditions.

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • National Registration Card (NRC).
  • Application letter stating the position applied for.
  • Security experience is an advantage; relevant experience should be described in the application.
