Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe, we save your email address, consent wording and consent date for TOESS security guidance and company updates. Subscription is optional. Request removal through the contact form using your subscribed email address; an authorised administrator can remove the record. Newsletter registration is separate from service enquiries and recruitment.

Information we collect

We collect the information you enter in quotation, contact and recruitment forms, including contact details, site requirements and, for applications, NRC information and uploaded documents.

How it is used

TOESS uses submissions to review enquiries, discuss services and assess expressions of interest in employment. Access is restricted to authorised administrators.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in the WordPress database. Recruitment PDFs are stored separately and served only through authorised access. Do not upload documents unrelated to your application.

Your choices

Contact TOESS through the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of submitted information. Include your submission reference.

Retention

TOESS should retain enquiries and applications only for as long as required for their purpose. The administrator can export records for review. Final retention periods and legal business details must be confirmed before public launch.
