Manned guarding in Zambia
A visible presence. A considered response.
Security personnel for entrances, patrols and the day-to-day protection of people and property.
Every site has its own working hours, access requirements and priorities. Tell us about your premises so we can discuss an appropriate arrangement and confirm service availability.
Planning your service
Requirements to bring to your consultation
- Gatehouse and visitor management
- Scheduled site patrols
- Incident records and shift handovers
Give each post a clear purpose
A security presence is most useful when responsibilities are understood. At an entrance, the priority may be visitor checks and directing arrivals. At a warehouse, goods movements and shift handovers may require more attention. Describe the work expected at each post, the busiest periods and who can authorise access exceptions.
Connect guards with site management
Agree who guards contact when a visitor has no appointment, a delivery arrives outside the usual hours or a concern needs attention. Written post instructions and a clear handover record help keep arrangements consistent between shifts. Site management should review recurring issues with the supervisor so that procedures can be adjusted when operations change.
Information needed for a guarding quote
Include your location, operating hours, number of entrances and whether you need day, night or combined coverage. If you are unsure about staffing, request a site assessment rather than choosing a number without context. Discuss reporting, supervision and equipment responsibilities alongside the number of personnel.
From enquiry to deployment
Consultation → site assessment → agreed security plan → deployment → supervision → reporting and review.
