Access control in Zambia
The right people. The right access.
Plan controlled entry for staff, visitors, contractors and vehicles.
Every site has its own working hours, access requirements and priorities. Tell us about your premises so we can discuss an appropriate arrangement and confirm service availability.
Planning your service
Requirements to bring to your consultation
- Authorised entry procedures
- Visitor records
- Restricted area planning
Identify who needs access and why
Staff, customers, contractors and visitors do not always need access to the same places. Start by identifying the groups using your premises and the areas each needs to reach. Clear access rules help personnel make consistent decisions without repeatedly relying on informal instructions.
Plan for exceptions and temporary access
A late delivery, replacement contractor or visitor without an appointment needs a defined approval route. Agree who may authorise an exception and what record should be kept. Update access arrangements when personnel or site layouts change, and review temporary permissions when their purpose ends.
Connect entry procedures with guarding
Access control may involve a reception process, a gatehouse or technical equipment. TOESS can discuss the operational requirements and confirm what is included in the proposed service. Provide opening hours, entrance details and the people responsible for approvals when requesting a quotation.
From enquiry to deployment
Consultation → site assessment → agreed security plan → deployment → supervision → reporting and review.
How do I request a quotation?
